The story
At the end of the 1800s, as the first steam launches carried passengers in America, Lake Como built motor boats of its own: the Vaporinas. Long and slender, with the helm at the bow and a cabin of glass and wood behind it, they carried the elegant travellers of the Belle Époque from villa to villa.
Ours keeps that classic shape and was built in 2018 with modern engineering and comfort: varnished wood, a white hull, a covered cabin lined with cream cushions and a sun pad at the stern.
With room for up to ten guests and a quiet diesel engine, it is made for families and groups, for travelling between hotels, and for evenings on the water, with your own captain at the helm.
